Registered 501(c)(3) charitable organizations operating out of Erie, Huron, Sandusky, and Ottawa Counties are eligible for discounted rates on our meeting spaces. Browse the discounted rates below to find the space that best fits your meeting, training, workshop, or board gathering. Then, fill out our nonprofit booking form at the end of the page!

After your form is submitted, we'll confirm your organization's 501(c)(3) status before finalizing your discounted rate + booking. We kindly ask that only qualifying organizations inquire through the nonprofit booking form and all discounted uses are for organization business.

CONFERENCE ROOM
$30 per hour

Our conference room is fully equipped with everything you need for your next board or committee meeting. From free Wi-Fi to a hands-free conference phone and a large, 65” Smart TV.

This room has seating for up to 14 individuals, with power and data available at the table.

*$20/hour if booked 4x a year in advance

AUDITORIUM

Our state-of-the-art auditorium seats up to 30 in classroom style with training tables, and has a max capacity of 60 with chairs only.

This space is equipped with a stage, podium, sound system, high speed Wi-Fi, jumbo flat screen, tables and chairs - set up for your specific event.

*$65/hour OR $400/day if booked 4x a year in advance

Content Creation Studio
$20/hour

Record videos, webinars, podcasts and more with our modern and stylish backdrops. We have audio recording gear and a ring light to ensure you’ll be able to produce quality video content. Just bring your favorite software and start creating in our studio!

This space is best suited for 1–2 people when filming, with a maximum capacity of 4.
