DAILY DEDICATED DESK

​Thank you for considering the rental of a Daily Dedicated Desk. Please take a moment to carefully review the important details below regarding the rental of this space. By continuing with your booking, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the information provided.​

Booking and Rates

• Booking Availability: A Daily Dedicated Desk is available for booking by both members and non-members of Work Space. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Setup: Desks are located in an open hallway space. Each Dedicated Desk comes equipped with a sit-to-stand desk, ergonomic chair, and digital lock file cabinet, dry erase board, and minimal desk decor.

• Rates: The space can be rented for $35 per day. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Booking Process: Bookings can be made online or through the Work Space app.

  • Note: Bookings may be made in advance, up to one (1) day prior to the desired date.

• Amenities: Renters have access to general amenities available to all Work Space members.

 

Cancellation Policy​

• You will receive a full refund, less credit card processing fees, if you cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of booking the space.​

  • At least 3 days prior to the start of your rental.

• Cancellations made after these periods are non-refundable.

House Rules

• User Responsibility: By booking the Conference Room, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

• Access: Users may access the workspace from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the day of their booking.

• Security: This is an open shared office environment. Each desk includes a locking file cabinet. Users are responsible for securing their belongings and locking their cabinet. Work Space is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Damage Responsibility: Please notify us immediately of any issues.
