CONTENT CREATION STUDIO

Thank you for considering our Content Creation Studio for your content needs. Please take a moment to carefully review the important details below regarding the rental this space. By continuing with your booking, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the information provided.

 
Booking and Rates

  • Availability: The Content Creation Studio Is available for booking by both members and non-members of Work Space. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Rates: The space can be rented for $25 per hour. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Booking Process: Bookings can be made online or through the Work Space app.

    • Note: Bookings may be made in advance, up to three (3) hours of the desired time slot.

  • Room Equipment: This room comes fully equipped with Wi-Fi, audio recording equipment, ring light, and a green screen for your convenience.

 
Cancellation Policy

  • You will receive a full refund, less credit card processing fees, if you cancel:

    • Within 24 hours of booking the space.​

    • At least three (3) days prior to the start of your rental.

  • Cancellations made after these periods are non-refundable.

 
House Rules

  • User Responsibility: By booking the Content Creation Studio you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

    Room Care: Users are expected to leave the room in a tidy condition and report any damage or issues promptly.

  • Equipment Usage: Handle all equipment (audio recording equipment, ring light, green screen) with care. Report any malfunctions or issues immediately.

  • Conduct: Users are responsible for the conduct of their guests during their booking. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the booking.

  • Compliance: Users must comply with local laws, safety regulations, and the rules and policies of Work Space.
