Thank you for considering booking a Private Office. Please take a moment to carefully review the important details below regarding the rental of our office space. By continuing with your booking, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the information provided.
Booking and Rates

Availability: Work Space offers two separate Private Offices available for booking. Renters must follow the procedures outlined below to inquire about and confirm the availability of Private Offices.

Rate: The Private Offices are available for $695 per month, with a minimum booking of one month. Applicable taxes may apply.

Amenities: In addition to the amenities available to all Work Space members, a Private Office comes furnished with one desk and chair, an upholstered chair or work table, dry erase board, rug, trash receptacle, and minimal decor.

Credits: Each Private Office rental includes 4 hours per month to reserve available resources such as the conference room, meeting space, auditorium, or content creation studio. Members also receive 1 guest pass per month, allowing a friend or colleague to access the Hot Desk Space. Unused credits roll over month-to-month with no restrictions on when they may be used.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking, along with a $200 refundable deposit, to reserve your desired first month(s). A credit card processing fee applies at the time of payment.

Continuation: Payment secures your reservation and access to continual rental of the suite for future months, until we receive notice of cancellation in writing.

Renewal: Your credit card on file will automatically be charged monthly.
Booking Process

Getting Started: Use the "Check Availability" and "Send Inquiry" buttons below to learn more about the Private Office availability.

Inquire: Once you click "Send Inquiry," you’ll be directed to a short form to submit your preferred rental month(s). You will be required to agree to the full Terms and Conditions.

Response: Our team will contact you promptly to confirm availability and finalize the booking.

Final: You will receive a confirmation email upon approval.
Cancelation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via the Work Space App or by emailing hello@WorkSpaceSandusky.com.

You will receive a full refund, less credit card processing fees, if you cancel:

Within 24 hours of booking the space.​

At least 30 days prior to the start of your rental.

Cancellations made after these periods are non-refundable.
House Rules

Access: Renters may access the office starting at 12:00 PM on the first day of their booking and must vacate by 12:00 PM on the final day.

Security: The Private Offices are protected by a digital lock. It is the renter’s responsibility to make sure the door is securely locked when entering and exiting.

​Internet Access: Renters will have access to shared public Wi-Fi provided by Work Space. If a renter requires private or dedicated internet access for their operations, they are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of a private connection through an external internet service provider.

Damage Responsibility: Renters are responsible for any damage to the room or furnishings during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. Please notify us immediately of any issues. Failure to report damage may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit.

Daily Cleanup: Renters are responsible for daily cleanup of the space (removing trash, etc.)

Cleaning Services: Weekly cleaning services are available upon request at no additional cost.
